The perfect tomato for hot Southern gardens (that's us!), with maximum yields when daytime temperatures reach 90–96 degrees F. Fruits average 7 oz., are deeply ovate and uniformly red. Excellent disease resistance. Determinate.
This item is 4 live plants of Sunmaster Tomato. (F1) Plant produces good yields of 7 oz red tomatoes even at temperatures above 90 degrees at night. Plant does well during droughts too. Perfect for Southern home gardens where temperatures remain high during evening hours. Disease Resistant.
Matures: 72 to 74 days
Developed in 1993, this is an outstanding tomato for areas where the summer is hot and humid. Determinate vines yield a plentiful initial crop of smooth, firm, tomatoes and continue until the season’s end. Similar to Heatwave. Resistant to verticillium wilt (V), fusarium wilt races 1 and 2 (F), and gray leaf spot.
